Cancellation Policy
Participating in our events will always be governed by the following cancellation policy rules:
1/ After the purchase of the ticket
to attend the event, there is a legal period of 14 days: you can change or return the ticket without further explanation and you will be refunded 100% of the paid amount, with the same payment method, minus payment platform costs.
After those 14 days:
the ticket can be cancelled according to these rules :
2/ With the same payment method that has been used when buying the ticket or 100% in a voucher to change for a future event:
Up to 15 days before the start
of the event, 90% of the total paid will be refunded, minus payment platform costs.
Up to 6 days before the start
of the event, 80% of the total paid will be refunded, minus payment platform costs.
3/ With less than 2 days before the start
the event, no refund. We can offer you a voucher for a future event of 50% of the paid amount.
These rules will fall under the Spanish law. In case of the buyer death or blood relative death, 100% of the paid amount will be refunded.
Payment platforms costs will not be refunded.
